On a side note, if a solution can't be found, would you please recommend a good video conversion tool that can copy the video stream and convert the audio stream and that has a "Add a folder" option for input files. The issue I'm having with it is when I go to fast forward or rewind the MKV file (converted from both mp4 and MKV) it simply skips to the next file. I came across Format factory and found it very easy to use and extremely effective. My video files are mainly mp4s, MKV's and avi's.
